With the "Quick Door" system you'll have all the parts needed for easy fabrication of your own custom aluminum doors. Only a 45-degree mitre cut is needed. The hinges slide into the aluminum frame, so no drilling is required. The corner connectors have clamping screws to hold the mitre together. The clear plastic gasket will insert into the frame and accept a 1/8"- 5/32" thick glass or panel insert. The decorative profile will mount on the inside of the door frame for a more finished look. We stock a wide and narrow aluminum profile in 98 7/16" lengths and the necessary harware.
